She has a vision for dental clinic virtual support to be lower cost, with higher value by improving quality communications and administrative operations with patients and their families, as well clinicians and in-clinic support staff. She will lead her team to provide ASAP expert dental virtual assistance 24X7X365 to support busy dental practices in the USA. Her idea is a simple solution to an often complex problem for US dental clinics.
She has trained and worked in several US based dental practices, as well as opened and operated four dental clinics in the Philippines. She splits her time between the US headquarters and the Philippines clinic and BPO call center. Dr. Camila Canares-Price, DMD lives in the Savannah, Georgia, USA area and has practiced dentistry for 30 years, founding 4 dental clinics in the Philippines. Her current clinic in Metro Manila is Happy Teeth Dental - Dr, Camila Canares-Price, DMD & Associates with 10 dentists and assistants in all dental specialties. She also provided dental assistant support in Florida and Virginia in the USA. Dentistry is her career passion. Her idea is a simple solution to an often complex problem for US dental clinics.
Cherry Alberty serves as our Chief Operating Officer. She is located in our US Headquarters office. She has over 30 years of experience in IT and Operations with a major US based cruise ship company. Her skills include driving strategic growth, leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, building high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. Known for her strong ability to translate vision into actionable plans across the enterprise, Cherry handles our day-to-day US operations, customizing processes for our clients, as well as fostering a culture of operational excellence with Lean Six Sigma Process Management and IS0-9001:2015 Quality Management. Cherry handles day to day US operations, IT support and the call center team in the Philippines reports to her.
Orlando Alberty serves as Chief Information Officer in our US Headquarters office. He has over 20 years of experience in aligning technology with business goals. His skills include data governance, infrastructure engineering and security, vendor management and deployment and management of our agile IT investment so our call center agents in the Philippines can deliver best of class virtual support to dental clinics in the USA. He owns our data privacy and protection initiatives in compliance with the HIPAA law to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of technology our platforms as they interface with our customer dental clinics' systems and telephony. Aside from overseeing the 24x7x365 high availability of our IT systems and infrastructure, including VOIP/telephony, he also ensures our sales and marketing team has the technology resources they need. This additional tasking includes the design and implementation of our Digital Marketing Internet presence including our Social Media accounts.
Mr. Price is Executive Vice President at the US headquarters of Happy Teeth Support Services. He has a 35 year career in providing management and IT solutions to corporate and government customers, primarily in the healthcare sector. He has provided sales, project and operational leadership in the USA, Europe and Asia. His customers include numerous US, European and Australian companies that lower cost by outsourcing software development and back office operations to Southeast Asia. He provides daily advisory to the leadership team and is a hands-on problem solver.
