Cherry Alberty serves as our Chief Operating Officer, located in our US Headquarters office. With over 30 years of experience in IT and Operations at a major US-based cruise ship company, she brings a wealth of expertise. Her skills include driving strategic growth, leading cross-functional teams, and managing complex projects, all while enhancing dental clinic efficiency through effective BPO dental practice support. Known for her strong ability to translate vision into actionable plans across the enterprise, Cherry oversees our day-to-day US operations, customizing processes for our clients, and fostering a culture of operational excellence with Lean Six Sigma Process Management and ISO-9001:2015 Quality Management. Additionally, she manages IT support and the call center team in the Philippines, which reports directly to her, ensuring seamless virtual dental support.

Mr. Richard "Rick" Price, MBA, MPA, PMP is the Executive Vice President at the US headquarters of Happy Teeth Support Services, where he specializes in BPO dental practice support. With a 35-year career in providing management and IT solutions to corporate and government customers across the USA, Europe, and Asia, primarily in the healthcare sector, he has significantly contributed to enhancing dental clinic efficiency. Mr. Price has offered sales, project, and operational leadership globally, working with numerous US, European, and Australian companies that benefit from lower costs by outsourcing software development and back office operations to Southeast Asia. He provides daily strategic advisory and tactical guidance for operations to the leadership team and is a hands-on problem solver, also leveraging virtual dental support to streamline processes.
